摘    要:以一款载重卡车动力总成选配为例,根据国家标准和实际使用状况,以动力性和经济性为评价目标,通过模拟计算和试验对可供选配的三款发动机进行匹配计算和分析。结果表明:样车配置A款发动机的性能优于B款发动机,而配置经改进后的B款发动机(C款)其性能有了明显的提高;若实现整车和发动机的同步开发,可以大幅提高整车的动力性、经济性。为整车动力总成优化和车用发动机的特性优化提供了可行的技术路线。

Abstract:In the paper a commercial vehicle powertrain was analyzed according to the Chinese national standard (GB) and the requirements for use as an example, that was accomplished in matching the commercial vehicle powertrain among three typical diesel engines by simulation and road testing results in pursuit of the fuel economy and driving performance. The performance of the vehicle equipped with engine A was better than that equipped with engine B. And after improving the engine B into engine C, when it matched with the vehicle, the vehicle's performance also had a notable improvement. In purpose to improve the fuel economy and driving performance of commercial vehicles greatly, planning new vehicle must synthronize with the engine design. And a technical method was illuminated for optimizing commercial vehicle powertrain and engine specific in the paper.
