微波合成阿司匹林的研究

摘    要:以硫酸镍为催化剂,水杨酸和醋酐为原料用微波法合成阿司匹林。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、辐射功率、辐射时间等因素对收率的影响。合成工艺条件为:n(水杨酸):n(醋酐):n(硫酸镍)=1:2:0.1,微波辐射时间为50S,辐射功率为480W,收率达87.7%。该合成工艺简单,产品质量好且污染少。

Abstract:With nickel sulfate as catalyst, the synthesis of aspirin from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride with by means of microwave radiation was studied. The affecting factors on the yield were investigated. The target product was obtained in 87.7% yield under the conditions of the molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride and nickel sulfate of 1∶2.0∶0.1, radiation time of 50 s, and microwave power of 480 W.
