H-NMR测定氯化石蜡的分子结构

摘    要:利用核磁共振仪测定了氯化石蜡的氢谱,通过理论计算对各谱峰进行了归属,找出可能的结构单元;根据其对应氢的积分比例,计算出这种单元的数量,进而换算出整个分子的平均碳链数和氯含量。通过多次实验证明,计算出的氯含量与化学汞量法的测定结果吻合。

Abstract:Hydrogen spectrogram of chlorinated paraffin was determined with H-NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance).Ownership of each spectral peak was found out through theoritic calculation,which was followed by finding out the probable structure units.The number of the units was calculated according to the integral ratio of the corresponding hydrogen,from which the average number of carbon chains and the chlorine content in the whloe molecular were obtained.Results of experiments showed that chlorine content calculated by the above method is identical to that by chemical mercurimetry.
