| 摘 要： | 胜利油田有１／３的油藏为疏松砂岩油藏，它具有粘土含量高，水敏性强，原油性质差，出砂严重等特点。通过对过滤元件单体式金属棉滤砂管，整体式金属棉滤砂管防砂机理的探讨，滤砂管结构的剖析，部分室内及地面试验的论证，提出了金属棉滤砂管防砂工艺应用的可行性，并在油田水平井、裸眼井、常规油井中进行了大量的应用，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | There is one-third oil reservoir is unconsolidated sandstone oil reservoir in Shengli Oilfield. It has the features of high clay content and water sensitivity,bad crude properties and high sandingAccording to the research of monomer and integration metallic cotton sand screen,the analysis of the structure of sand screen and the demonstration of laboratory and field test,the paper present the feasibility of application about sand control technology of metallic cotton sand screen. This technology has been applied in horizontal well,open hole well and conventional well of Shengli Oilfield,and taken good effectiveness. |
