氯氟吡啶酯原药的高效液相色谱分析

目的]建立了一种测定氯氟吡啶酯原药的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法]使用规格为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18的不锈钢色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-磷酸水溶液(pH值3)(体积比70:30),紫外检测波长为243 nm,对原药中氯氟吡啶酯的含量进行测定。结果]该分析方法的回收率为99.1%~100.7%,相对标准偏差为0.54%;氯氟吡啶酯的质量浓度在38.6~1168.2 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系。结论]氯氟吡啶酯的高效液相色谱分析方法具有很好的推广性,适用于工业控制分析,保证了氯氟吡啶酯产品的质量。

Analysis of Florpyrauxifen-benzyl TC by HPLC

Aims] The study aims to establish a high performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector for determination of florpyrauxifen-benzyl TC. Methods] The content of florpyrauxifen-benzyl in TC was analyzed on ZORBAX SB-C18 column with the mobile phase and volume ratio of acetonitrile: phosphoric acid aqueous solution(pH=3) 70:30(by vol). The detection wavelength was 243 nm. Results] The recovery of the method was between 99.1 and 100.7% with the RSD of 0.54%. The linear correlation of florpyrauxifen-benzyl was good between 38.6-1168.2 mg/L.Conclusions] The high performance liquid chromatography analysis method of florpyrauxifen-benzyl has good popularization, which is suitable for industrial control analysis and ensures the quality of florpyrauxifen-benzyl products.
