基于485串行总线的内燃机状态监测与故障诊断系统研究

摘    要:介绍一种基于串行总线的内燃机状态监测与故障诊断系统,讨论基于Atmega 128单片机的智能化检测系统的系统设计方案,以及内燃机参数检测的原理与算法等。系统各智能检测节点通过485串行总线与上位计算机相连,构成一种基于串行总线的分散式高精度内燃机参数检测与故障诊断系统。完成了工况参数信号测量电路的硬软件设计与通讯模块电路的设计,利用图形化的虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW开发了系统的软件应用程序。该系统的实现方法对其他总线测控模块系统设计,以及工程装备其它监测与诊断系统的开发都具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces a type of running status parameter testing system based on serial bus for internal combustion engine. The design of intelligent testing system with Atmegal single chip microcomputer, monitoring algorithm and theory were discussed.
