煤粉炉结渣实时诊断与监控模型

摘    要:水冷壁结渣是影响煤粉炉经济运行的重要因素,通过测量水冷壁背火侧鳍端温度和炉内辐射热流密度,可以诊断出炉膛内水冷壁表面的结渣程度。但炉内辐射热流密度测量困难,为了获取水冷壁上各个位置的炉内辐射热流密度,该文建立了一个用于实时诊断的一维炉膛温度场模型,并由此建立了一个用于炉内结渣的实时诊断与监控模型。仿真表明:该模型在应用范围内能够较为准确地描述炉内的温度场,计算速度快、实时性好,对炉内结渣诊断结果准确,实用性能。

Abstract:Slagging of watet walls heavily affects the operation of pulverized coal fired boilers. Slagging degrees of the water wall surface can be detected by measuring the temperature of rear fin end and the radiation flux of flue gas. But it is difficult to measure the radiation flux.This paper constructs a one dimension temperature model of furnace used for on line diagnosis to get the radiation flux, and constructs a realtime diagnosis and monitor model for slagging. The simulation results show that this model can exactly describe the temperature distribution in the scope of application with high computation speed and high real time ability. The diagnosis result is good and practicable.Figs 7,tables 4 and refs 9.
