摘    要:为了开发高活性的二氧化钛(TiO2)光催化剂,通过简易的两步法制备了TiO2薄膜.首先将钛片放入氮化钛(TiN)纳米颗粒悬浮液中,然后干燥这一体系制得TiN/Ti薄膜,最后通过煅烧TiN薄膜前驱体制备了平整均一的二氧化钛(TiO2)薄膜.通过考察退火温度对样品光吸收性能的影响,确定最优退火温度为500℃.在此条件下制备的TiO2为多晶锐钛矿,吸收边带400 nm.以制备的TiO2薄膜为催化剂,3 h内苯酚的降解率达到88%,远大于使用德固赛TiO2(P25)时的62%,制备的二氧化钛薄膜比P25显示出更优良的光催化性能,其光催化降解苯酚的动力学常数为P25的2.2倍.

Abstract:In order to develop TiO2 film photocatalyst with high photocatalytic activity,uniform TiO2 film was prepared by annealing TiN film,which was fabricated by a facile method including two steps: putting Ti wafer into a stable TiN nanoparticle suspension and then drying this system to obtain TiN/Ti film.The annealing temperature was optimized and the optimal one was 500 ℃.TiO2 prepared at the temperature had a polycrystalline anatase structure,and its absorption edge was about 400 nm.The photocatalytic degradation efficiency of phenol on the TiO2 film was up to 88% in 3 h,whereas it was only 62% on TiO2-P25.The kinetic constant of phenol degradation on the TiO2 film was 2.2 times as great as that on TiO2-P25.Hence,the TiO2 film displayed better photocatalytic ability than TiO2-P25 film.
