HRP催化没食子酸与对氨基苯磺酸共聚物的制备及性能研究

摘    要:没食子酸(GA)与对氨基苯磺酸(SAA)在HRP/H2O2催化下进行自由基共聚反应,合成了GA-SAA共聚物,研究了单体物质的量比对GA-SAA共聚物应用性能的影响。当GA与SAA的物质的量比为1:1、pH为8.0及在35℃下反应4h得到的GA-SAA共聚物的应用性能最好。用FTIR、1H-NMR对产物结构进行了表征,将产品用于主鞣时,成革收缩温度可以达到76℃,用于复鞣时成革丰满柔软,均匀度好且粒面平细。

Abstract:The phenolic copolymer(GA-SAA) was synthesized from gallic acid(GA) and sulfanilic acid(SAA) using horseradish peroxides(HRP)/H2O2 as catalyst.The effects of monomer ratio on properties of copolymer were discussed.The optimum conditions were that the molar ratio of GA and SAA was 1:1 at 35 ℃ for 4 h in pH 8.0.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR.Applied results show that the phenolic copolymer has good permeability and excellent tanning performance,the shrink temperature of leather can reach to 76 ℃,and re-tanned leather has the merits of good uniformity,fullness,softness,fine grain and non-plastic feel etc.
