摘    要:超临界流体是一种特殊的热力学状态,在此状态下进行烯烃聚合具有提高催化活性、拓宽氢调范围、改善颗粒形态及促进共聚等优点,特别是作为高熔体指数双峰分布聚烯烃的制备方法,近年来备受关注。文中综述了国外乙烯、丙烯均聚及共聚的超临界工艺和工业化应用现状,并对我国正在进行的超临界烯烃聚合工艺的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Supercritical fluid(SCF) is a special thermodynamic state in the phase diagram of substances. Polymerizing olefin in this state will increase the catalyst activity, improve the morphology and size distribution of resulting particles, enhance the solubility and effect of hydrogen in SCF and therefore adjust the molecular weight in a broader range, and promote the copolymerization of olefins. These advantages will be helpful in developing new polyolefin products, especially double-peak molecular weight and high melting strength polypropylene, on the basis of the current polymerization technology. Polymerization of ethylene and propylene in their supercritical state and their industrialization status were reviewed in this paper and the prospects of the ongoing research in supercritical polymerization of olefins in China were discussed, too.
