| Abstract: | The research and market sta tus of wireless communication,submarine fiber ca-ble,satellite communication,cable TV and Internet in Japan are discussed in this pa-per.It is pointed out that the development trend of telecom market in Japan is that:non -telecom companies will penetrate into telecom industry progressively;e -commerce and mobile com merce will develop rapidly;broadcast and In ternet services will merge;high -speed access services take on driving increasing trend;deregulation and competi tion will be emphasized. |
