| 摘 要： | 从2008年全国电力系统大规模的冰灾事故入手,通过调查近几十年来全国各地区电力系统的典型冰灾事故,对其发生的类型和原因进行分类分析,揭示我国电力系统冰灾事故的主要特点,并据此提出预防和减少冰灾事故产生的办法以及今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Starting with the large-scale power grid ice disasters in 2008 in China,this essay investigates the typical power grid ice disasters in recent decades in China with detailed classifications and analyses.Based on the main features revealed in those disasters,this essay puts forward precautionary measures and the direction for further research. |
