显色剂对CF纸性能影响

以活性白土、水杨酸锌树脂及两者按一定比例复合作显色剂,制备了三种不同的无碳复写纸下纸(CF纸)涂料,并进行涂布实验,分析不同涂料对CF纸性能的影响;实验表明,以活性白土为显色剂制得的涂料显色速度快、生产成本低,但涂料流动性较差、涂布量高、CF纸显色密度低、图像耐光性较差;以水杨酸锌树脂为显色剂制得涂料流动性好、涂布量低、CF纸显色密度高、显色速度快、图像耐光性好,但生产成本高;两种显色剂按一定比例复合使用,制得的涂料达到了降低原料成本、改善涂料流动性和提高显色效果的目的。

Influence of Different Developers on the Performance of CF Papers

The activated clay, zinc salicylate resin, and the mixtures of the two former materials were used as developers to prepare three different CF coatings. Coating experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of different coatings on the performances of CF paper. The results indicated that the coatings that used the activated clay as developer had the advantages of quick color developmentand low cost, but the coatings showed low fluidity, high coating weight on paper andlow image density when coated on CF paper. The image stability to light was also poor. When the zinc salicylate resin was chosen as developer, the coatings showed better fluidity, lower coating weight on paper, higher image density on CF paper and better image stability to light, but the production cost is higher. However, when the mixtures of the activated clay and zinc salicylate resin with proper ratio was chosen as developer, the coatings may have good fluidity, low cost and enhanced color development.
