城市地下快速道路网的功能规划与关键技术研究

经济的不断发展,城市化进程的不断加快,对城市交通产生了巨大的压力。山地城市独特的自然地貌使得其交通基础规划和建设更加困难。城市地下快速路作为全新的解决方案对于"畅通重庆"的实现无疑是一种很好的尝试。本文简要介绍了国内外城市地下快速道路网建设的现状,分析了其定义、功能、特点及优势,得出发展城市地下道路网是必然选择的结论。文章又分析了城市地下快速道路网的规划原则。在理论探讨的基础上,本文介绍了重庆市渝中区地下快速通道工程的初步设想,结合作者们的研究成果,对困扰城市地下道路网建设和运营的主要关键技术给出了较为完整系统的解决方案。文章最后表达了建设城市地下道路网的期盼和为此所作的努力工作。

Study on Function Planning and Key Technology of Urban Underground Expressway Network

The continuous development of the economy and accelerating urbanization exert great pressure to the city traffic.Mountain city’s unique natural features make the basic traffic planning and construction more difficult.Urban underground expressway as a new solution to realization of "smooth Chongqing" is a kind of good attempt.This paper briefly introduces the present situation of construction of urban underground expressway network at home and abroad,analyzes its definition,function,characteristics and advantages,and concludes that the development of urban underground road network is necessary choice.The paper also analyzes the planning principle of urban underground expressway network.Based on the theoretical discussion,this paper introduces the initial assumption of underground expressway in Yuzhong district of Chongqing,combined with the research results of the authors,gives a complete system of solutions for the main key technology problem in urban underground road network construction and operation.Finally,a desire on construction of urban underground road network and hard work for the constrnction are described.
