摘    要:设计了一种基于非晶态合金的可同时检测转速和转矩的新型传感器.介绍了传感器的结构、工作原理,并分析了它的输出灵敏度特性和非线性误差,还进行了静态标定试验和动态模拟试验.静态试验分析了传感器的静态特性以及气隙、线圈匝数、激磁电流强度及频率对检测灵敏度的影响等.动态试验采用柴油机为加载动力,分析了温度、电磁和振动干扰对传感器性能的影响.试验结果表明:传感器的主要静态特性,如最大和最小重复性误差分别为3.17%和1.17%,最大和最小非线性误差分别为3.64%和0.83%,灵敏度高达0.586 9 mV/kN.传感器结构简单、工作可靠,能够实现传动轴转速和转矩的在线动态检测.
