摘    要:本文介绍了CRH型动车组动车转向架一系拉杆在无承载车体状态下的作用,根据在转向架高阻抗测量中发现的问题,提出了将一系拉杆进行优化的思想优化后的一系拉杆具有原一系拉杆的强度,同时又起到了一系垂向减振器使构架到轮对绝缘的性能,为后续动车转向架高阻抗测量节省了不少的人力、物力的支出,为公司节约了成本同时也提高了高阻抗测量的工作效率

Abstract:This paper introduces the function of the primary pull rod of CRH EMU motor bogie without pressure of the car body. According to the problems found during high impedance measurements of the bogie , an idea of the technology optimization on primary pull rod is proposed . The primary pull rod after optimized has the same strength with the initial , and also it has the same insulation function with the primary vertical damper . With the new primary pull rod , it will reduce the spending of human power and supplies . And also , the new primary pull rod will reduce the cost for the company and improve efficiency for the high impedance measurements .
