变电设备状态巡视策略研究

摘    要:针对当前变电设备巡视模式合理性和有效性不足的问题,通过可靠性理论建立了巡视与设备的缺陷情况之间的关系,并引入基于设备缺陷的设备状态评估体系,提出根据设备状态的优劣动态来调整巡视项目和巡视周期的状态巡视策略。同时提出了巡视有效缺陷的概念,以某地区变电站设备缺陷情况为例,对缺陷类型进行梳理并制定巡视策略。试点结果表明,实施状态巡视策略后巡视方式更灵活且更具有针对性,能有效提高巡视工作的效率和质量。

Abstract:Aiming at unreasonableness and ineffectiveness of current patrol mode of substation equipment, the paper establishes relationship between patrol and equipment defects by reliability theory; it introduces equipment status evaluation system based on equipment defects and proposes status patrol strategy of adjusting patrol items and period in accordance with equipment status. The paper also introduces patrol of effective defects; by taking defects of substation equipment in some areas as an example, the paper sorts out defect types and establishes patrol strategy. The result from experimental units shows that patrol mode after implementing status patrol is more flexible and pertinent and it can improve effectiveness and quality of patrol work.
