空冷贝氏体钢摆锤

摘    要:对中碳和中高碳系贝氏体钢在不同热处理状态下的组织进行了观察。研究钢的铸态和正火态均可得到以贝氏体或贝氏体/马氏体为主的组织。加入微量元素可使钢的组织显著细化。经低温回火或正火回火处理,铸态显微组织获得了改善,提高了冲击韧度。用研制的贝氏体钢制作产品工艺简单,性能良好,铸成的摆(板)锤粉碎矿石的使用寿命为高锰钢摆锤寿命的2.5倍,成本降低20%。

Abstract:In this paper the structure of air coolled bainitic steels which contain the series of Mn Si with medium and medium high carbon has been observed carefully and analyzed systematically on different heat treatment condition.The results showed that the main structure is bainite or bainite/martensite after casting and normalizing By micro alloyed inoculation treatment,the austenitic grain size and microsturcture of the steels can be remarkably fined.The casting microstructure can be improved and its impact toughness can be increased by low temperature tempering or normalizing and tempering.The steels possess the advantages of simple manufacture technology and superior properties.The casting plate hammers using the field to test showed that their service life is 1.5 times longer than high Mn steel which is using in the field.
