啤酒过滤用化纤预涂介质——HU—D60型预涂介质的研制

目前我国的成品啤酒过滤操作中,板框式硅藻土过滤机得到了较普遍的应用。板框式硅藻土过滤机所采用的预涂介质纸板的使用寿命短,过滤酒损较大、成本较高。为改进此种现状,本研究研制出了HU-D60型预涂介质,并已获国家专利。 HU-D60型预涂介质所采用的是“隔层支撑”的特殊结构,即将带有粘合剂颗粒的多层绦纶材料经加热、加压一次成型所形成的结构。本研究用正文试验方法确定了HU-D60型预涂介质的适宜加工条件。在诸啤酒厂的大量试验表明,HU-D60型预涂介质具有良好的过滤性能。其使用寿命为国产纸板的5.9倍,为进口纸板的4.8倍,其单位面积的累积滤酒量为国产纸板的15.4倍,为进口纸板介质的6.4倍;其过滤酒损比国产纸板的减少0.6％,比进口纸板的减少0.45％;其吨酒耗土量比国产纸板的减少0.58kg,比进口纸板的减少0.43kg。显而易见,推广使用HU-D60型预涂介质的经济效益将是十分可观的。

Research and Production of HU-D60 Type Precoat Medium——A Kind of Precoat Medium of Chemical Fiber

As precoat medium in beer filtration,existing some defects,such as shorter service life,large beer loss and expensive cost, HU-D60 type percoat medium had been developed and granted a patent in China.The structure of the precoat medium was laminary. i. e. several pieces of dacron cloths with adhesive were simultaneously heated and pressed ,and then an unique structure board was turned out. In the test optimum process of the precoat medium had been established through cross cheek.The orthogonal experiment gotten in a lot of breweries showed that HU-D60 type precoat medium had good filterability , longer service life (5. 9 and 4. 8 times as long as native paper boards and forein paper boards, resp. ), a great quantity of filtered beer(its total filtered beer per unite area was 15. 4 and 6. 4 times as large as the native and the foreign, resp. ), less beer loss(0. 6% and 0. 45% less than the native and the foreign ,resp. ),and lower consumption of kieselguhr diatomite(reduced 0. 58kg and 0. 48kg less than the native and foreign resp. ). Therefore,it was obvious that if the precoat medium was used in a large quantity in large number of breweries, ecnomic benefits must be very attractive.
