| Abstract: | There are many problems in the implement of the legal person responsibility system？of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project. According to the characteristic of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project, it discusses the improving of the legal person responsibility system in this paper. It suggests the management model of nonprofit hydraulic engineering project, organizational form of project legal person and some related advices. |
