Abstract:The sensor circuit, when during taping out, is affected by the non-ideal factors such as process conditions, and some parameters deviate from the design values, which will lead to the chip precision and performance after taping out can not meet the design expectations. In order to make up the gap between the design expectation and the final performance of the chip circuit, and complete the trimming work quickly, a sensor automatic trimming system is designed through detailed demonstration of system,hardware and software comprehensively. The system consists of three parts:control board, trimming circuit board and upper computer display control part, which uses MCU, various circuit modules, sensors, peripheral circuits and so on. The upper computer display control part is written in VB, with simple and friendly interface and simple operation. After experimental debugging, the system realizes multi-parameter and high-precision acquisition, and can quickly complete the trimming work to ensure that the sensor after trimming meets the performance requirements.
