| Abstract: | The properly and application of electroless amorphous nickel-phosphorus alloy plating is described in this paper. The relation between plating rate and composition in plating bath has been analyzed in detail through test work. The electroless plating technology presented here has the advantages of high plating rate and better stability. It has been used in valve production. |
