大规模风电并网的频率响应特性分析

摘    要:针对大量风电机组并入电网对电力系统频率稳定性的影响问题,阐述了风力发电机的类型,分析比较了传统同步机、恒速风机、双馈风机和永磁直驱风机的动态频率响应特性,通过电力系统仿真软件DSA在IEEE-39建立了不同类型风电场的动态模型。仿真结果表明,恒速风机能够对系统提供部分惯性响应,有利于系统频率稳定,而双馈风机和永磁直驱风机采用了解耦控制,不能对系统提供惯性响应,不利于系统频率稳定。

Abstract:Aiming at the electric power system frequency stability influenced by the integration of large - scale wind turbines, this paper introduces the types of wind power generator, analyzes and compares the dynamic frequency response characteristics of traditional synchronizer, constant - speed fan, doubly - fed fan and permanent - magnet- ism direct - drive fan, and establishes dynamic model of wind farm with different type in IEEE - 39 by DSA. Simu- lation result shows that constant - speed fan is able to provide partial inertial response, which contributes to the stable frequency of electric power system ; while doubly - fed fan and permanent - magnetism direct - drive fan fail to provide partial inertial response, which is not propitious for stable system frequency.
