| 摘 要： | 介绍了山东新龙集团有限公司自主研发的PVC副产盐酸脱吸新工艺，采用该工艺脱吸的氯化氢不含游离氯，含水体积分数小于2×10^-4，可作为生产三氯氢硅的原料气，实现了酸水零排放，解决了PVC生产中的废酸排放问题。

| Abstract: | A new process for desorption of by-product drochloric acid from PVC production was developed by Shandong Xinlong Group Co. , Ltd. Hydrogen chloride obtained by this desorption process did not contain free chlorine with water content was less than 200 ppm and could be used as raw materials for production of trichlorosilane, and thus problems of waste acids discharged were solved. |
