| 摘 要： | 采用复合电沉积技术制备Ｎｉ－ＺｒＯ２复合镀层，瘩在ＳＥＭ和ＴＥＭ上对其组织结构进行分析。与纯Ｎｉ镀层相比，复合镀层中ＺｒＯ２微粒的存在使基质金属Ｎｉ的晶粒显著细化，孪晶及位错密度均大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | Ni ZrO 2 composite plating has been prepared by co deposition technology,and its structural analysis has been done by SEM and TEM Owing to the existence of ZrO 2 powder in composite plating,the crystal grains of matrix Ni were greatly fined,and also the density of twin crystal and dislocation in matrix Ni were increased sharply comparing with that of pure Ni plating |
