| Abstract: | On-line testing of such key storage battery data as SOC, SOH and inner resistance was implemented. Characteristics of the dynamic environment of telecom net were discussed. The computer technology, the network technology and automatic control technology were integrated to realize the distant monitor and control of the telecom net storage battery. |
