产葡萄糖氧化酶菌株的筛选及发酵培养基的优化

摘    要:从土壤中筛选出了一株产葡萄糖氧化酶较高的菌株,利用响应面法对该菌株的产酶培养基进行优化以提高产酶量。响应面法优化的发酵培养基组成为:葡萄糖109.41g/L、复合氮源(m(月示蛋白胨):m((NH4)2SO4)=3:1)37.36g/L、吐温-80 37.15g/L、KH2PO4 2g/L、MgSO4.7H2O 0.7g/L和KCl 0.5g/L。采用该优化培养基所得葡萄糖氧化酶的活力为1.54U/mL,较优化前提高了31.6%。
