| 摘 要： | 如何分析、预测进出口贸易风云变幻,在复杂的进出口贸易环境中,化威胁为机会、化劣势为优势,国内许多专家学者从具体业务操作层面进行了大量的论述,提出了很好的风险防范对策。文章力图从如何构建符合企业实际的进出口贸易管理体系进行论述。文章认为,体系的建立、有效运行、持续改进是企业在国际市场中求得长期生存与发展的充分必要条件。
