| 摘 要： | 探讨了前处理用烧碱与盐碱、染机的泵流量、布速产生的染液与被染物的交换比对染色质量的影响；分析了染色工艺条件与相对得色量、预加盐碱染色工艺与匀染性的关系，对提高针织物活性染料染色质量方面的全过程工艺进行了改进。 |

| Abstract: | The effects on the dyeing quality of the different pretreatment processes with caustic soda and with salts-bases, of the pump flow in dyers and of the fabric speed-dependent exchange ratios between dye liquors and fabrics were approached, and the relationship between the dyeing process conditions and the reactive dye uptake, and between the dyeing procedure with pre-added salts-bases and the dye levelness was separately analyzed. The full process was improved for bettering the dyeing quality of knitwear with reactive dyes. |
