摘    要:介绍了一种新型低温催化脱硫技术的原理、工艺流程及在有色冶炼行业和硫酸行业的应用进展和技术改进情况。该技术在60℃的温度条件下即可将烟气中的SO2转化为硫酸,转化率可达到95%以上。脱硫的同时实现硫资源的回收。通过近年来的发展和完善,该方法已经成为一种可切实解决当前有色冶炼行业和硫酸行业脱硫减排难题的成熟技术。

Abstract:The principle and the process flow of desulphurization technology by a new catalytic method as well as application development and technology improvement in the field of non-ferrous smelting and sulphuric acid are introduced. SO2 in the flue gas can be converted into sulphuric acid at 60 ℃ by using this method,with the conversion efficiency more than 95% and both of desulphurization and sulphur recovery realized. The desulphurization technology by new catalytic method has become a mature practical technology solving the current problems of desulphurization and emission reduction in the non-ferrous smelting and sulphuric acid industry through development and improvement for recent years.
