摘    要:现有变电站电压无功控制装置的控制策略主要是依据九区域图法.实现"电压合格、无功基本平衡,尽量减少调节次数"是电压无功调节的基本原则.本文针对目前一些基于九区域图的电压无功控制装置调节频繁的缺陷,如控制策略问题和运行定值问题,通过分析电压无功控制装置的调节原理,找出发生频繁调节的原因,并提出相应的预防措施.

Abstract:Current strategy of voltage/reactive power control over substation is based on nine-area figure.It is the basic principle of voltage/reactive power control to realize "the qualified voltage,the balanced reactive power,and the operating times as few as possible".This paper focused on the defects which exist in the current voltage/reactive power control devices based on nine-area figure,such as the control strategy and the running enacted value.Through the analysis of the regulative mechanism of voltage/reactive power control, we find out the regulation reason with high frequency,and put forward the corresponding measures to prevent and control these defects.
