转炉煤气的回收及利用

摘    要:转炉煤气是炼钢生产过程中的重要副产能源,如何实现转炉煤气的充分回收和利用是负能炼钢和降低能耗的重要环节。通过对产生转炉煤气的影响因素和回收潜力的分析,结合宝钢转炉煤气系统的组成部分、能力配置、地域分布和使用特点的实际配置,论述了在炼钢正常生产情况下,实现煤气全量回收的系统使用平衡能力和影响因素,以及COREX煤气引入后对转炉煤气系统平衡的影响,并就进一步提高转炉煤气回收和利用水平提出了建议。

Abstract:Converter gas is a kind of main by-product energy in steelmaking. How to recover and make full use of it is a key point for "minus energy" steelmaking and energy consumption reduction. Through analyzing the influential factors in the converter gas production and its recovering potentiality and in combination with the components of Baosteel' s converter gas system, its capacity configuration, region distribution and features of using converter gas, the system' s balancing ability and influential factors for full recovery of converter gas in normal BOF production conditions are discussed. The further improvements in recycling converter gas are proposed when the effect of introducing COREX gas on the balance of the converter gas system is fully considered.
