生化法处理并回用PVC离心母液技术

介绍了PVC母液的特征和生化法处理母液的工艺,阐述了山东阳煤恒通化工股份有限公司采用"厌氧反应+两级好氧+一级BYS降解+臭氧深度处理+二级BYS降解"生化工艺处理PVC离心母液。结果表明:处理后的PVC离心母液COD≤20mg/L,浊度≤5NTU,pH值7～9,达到了回用水质标准。

Biochemical technology for treatment and utilization of centrifugal mother liquid of PVC

Characteristics of centrifugal mother liquid of PVC were introduced as well as its biochemical treatment method. A kind of biochemical technology for the treatment of centrifugal mother liquid of PVC adopted by Shandong Yangmei Hengtong Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. was introduced, which included anaerobic reaction, two-stage aerobic, first-order BYS degradation, advanced treatment with ozone, and two-order BYS degradation. The results showed that the quality of treated centrifugal mother liquid of PVC reached the water quality standard of reuse water with COD less than 20 mg/L, turbidity less than 5 NTU and pH 7-9.
