桥梁同步顶升过程数值分析和试验

摘    要:为不改变原桥结构受力状态更换破损支座,文中采用ANSYS模拟同步顶升过程,分析顶升不同高度时对主梁的影响,确定顶升方案及分级顶升高度,明确顶升过程中支座反力及主梁位移的变化规律,使顶升过程中结构始终处于受力最有利状态,为同步顶升监控提供理论依据,确保顶升过程结构安全,为日后同类型桥梁顶升更换支座提供参考。

Abstract:For the bridge structure does not change the original stress state and replacement of defective bearings,we use ANSYS simulation simultaneously jacking process,analysis of the effect of different heights on the main beam and to determine the classification of jacking lifting height,its variety law of the reaction force and the displacement of the main beam is obtained,so that the process of jacking force structure is always in the most favorable condition,for the simultaneous monitoring of jacking provide a theoretical basis,and ensure the structural safety of the process of lifting,it makes a reference to the same type of bridge jacking replacement bearings.
