Development of Loading and Unloading Manipulator for Glass Labeling Machine

In the glass processing industry,the traditional glass labeling process adopts manual loading and unloading,which results in low productivity.In response to this issue,a loading and unloading manipulator for glass labeling machine was developed.The structure and function of this loading and unloading manipulator were introduced,and the pneumatic circuit and electrical control system were designed.The loading and unloading manipulator can send the glass raw materials to the processing center with the labelling machine to realize automatic loading,sorting,unloading and counting and it features stable and reliable performance,high degree of automation,and it is suitable for continuous service and mass production.
