| 摘 要： | 纯棉毛巾织物前处理采用多功能精练剂TF-120E,以代替烧碱、螯合分散剂和氧漂稳定剂,其半成品毛效与传统工艺相当,白度值略高。采用该工艺前处理后需及时进行除氧,以减少强损;染色时采用TF-221B以代替烧碱,用量为纯碱的1/10~1/8;对色牢度有较高要求的产品,可使用高牢度固色剂;低黄变软膏TF-440E可赋予织物柔软的手感,且亲水,不易黄变。

| Abstract: | Multi-functional scouring agent TF-120E is applied to pretreatment of cotton terry cloth instead of sodium hydroxide,complex dispersant and peroxide bleaching stabilizer.The semi-finished products feature similar capillary and better whiteness compared with those of traditional process.Deoxidizing should be carried out in time after pretreatment to reduce strength loss.Substitution alkali TF-221B is used in dyeing with dosage of 1/10~1/8 of sodium carbonate,and high color fastness fixing agent is used to me... |
