| 摘 要： | 针对抄纸过程中的水分定量控制对象是一个具有强耦合、非线性、大时滞的难控制对象,提出一种改进型模糊免疫PID控制方法,这种方法用三输出的模糊控制和免疫PID控制相结合的方法,避免了常规模糊免疫控制器只相当于一个非线性P控制器的缺点,能充分发挥PID三个参数的自适应性能;最后将这种方法对抄纸过程的水分定量控制进行了仿真研究,结果表明,该方法比传统模糊免疫PID有更好的自适应性,具有超调小、响应快等优点,对多变量耦合系统具有较强的自适应性、解耦和鲁棒性。
