摘    要:对电石法乙炔生产装置清净系统产生的废次氯酸钠循环利用工艺技术进行了研究,该技术的成功应用,可实现乙炔工段的污水零排放。以云南南磷集团电化有限公司13万t/aPVC计,可节约水5万m3/a,水费近100万元/a。

Abstract:A process for the recycle of waste sodium hypochlorite coming from the purification process of acetylene produced by calcium carbide method was investigated.The successful application of this process could realize the zero discharge of waste water in acetylene process.Taking the 130 kt/a PVC production facility of Electrochemical Co.,Ltd.of Yunnan Phosphrus Group as example,50 000 m3 water could be saved per year,corresponding to save water fee of nearly 1 million RMB $per year.
