| 摘 要： | 文章重点讨论了电动汽车IC自助能源补充系统的设计。为体现真正意义的自助，将整个系统的设计基于Ic卡的使用和管理技术，软件管理系统使用vb和access进行开发，笔者重点描述其中数据库的设计。在该系统的管理下，能源补充站作为电动汽车的基础设施，可以实现快速方便的充电过程，为电动汽车市场普及创造了条件。
