青海某磁铁矿选矿脱硫试验研究

摘    要:对青海某磁铁矿进行选矿试验,含TFe 35.5%、S 2.22%的原矿石磁选后,对磁选精矿采用H2SO4和CuSO4作为活化剂,丁基黄药+丁铵黑药为捕收剂浮选,可得到TFe品位66%、硫含量0.20%的合格铁精矿.

Abstract:The desulfurization tests on a magnetite in Qinghai province were studied.under the condition of the run-of-mine ore of TFe 35.5% and S 2.22%,using the flowsheet of magnetic separation and flotation by H2SO4 and CuSO4 as activating agent,combined agent of butyl xanthate and butylamine black drug as collector,the qualified iron concentrate of TFe 66% and S 0.20% could be obtained.
