摘    要:针对选矿厂铜回收率不高的问题,在不改变选厂现有优先浮选流程及设备的条件下,选择使用MT-12作为铜矿物的捕收剂,通过改变石灰添加地点和用量、提高磨矿细度、优化药剂制度,最终获得铜精矿品位19.54%、回收率75.69%;铜的回收率比现场使用Z-200捕收剂提高了7.46%.

Abstract:Copper recovery was low in a concentrator at present.Under the condition of using the present flotation process and equipments,with MT-12 as copper minerals collector,changing the adding spot and the adding dosage of lime,improving the grinding fineness and optimization of reagent system,a copper concentrate of 19.54% Cu was obtained with a recovery of 75.69%.The recovery of copper increased 7.46% than that of using Z-200 collector.
