摘    要:研究了弱碱性阴离子交换树脂从钼冶炼废酸中回收铼的吸附和解吸性能。通过静态试验,研究了氯型树脂和硫酸型树脂对铼吸附性能的影响,结果表明氯型树脂和硫酸型树脂对铼的吸附率分别为82.29%和82.23%,动力学研究表明铼吸附过程限制步骤均为Re O4-离子在树脂内的扩散过程。分别研究了不同氨水浓度和不同氢氧化钠浓度对铼解吸附性能的影响,结果表明铼的解吸率和解吸过程反应速率均随着溶液浓度的增加而升高,红外光谱和电子探针结果证明采用2.5%氢氧化钠溶液可以有效解吸负载树脂上的铼。

Investigations on Recycling Rhenium from the Waste Acid of Molybdenum Smelting by Weak Base Ion Exchange Resin
Abstract:This paper investigated the adsorption and desorption properties of recycling rhenium from molybdenum smelting waste acid by weak base ion exchange resin .The effects of Cl -resin and SO4 2-resin on adsorption properties of rhenium were studied by static tests .The results indica-ted that rhenium adsorption rates of Cl -resin and SO4 2-resin were 82.29%and 82.23%, respec-tively.Meanwhile, the kinetics properties verified that the limiting step of rhenium adsorption process was the diffusion process of ReO 4 -ions.Furthermore , the effects of ammonia concentration and sodium hydroxide concentration on rhenium desorption properties were investigated .The results showed that rhenium desorption rate and reaction rate of the desorption process both increased with increasing the eluent concentration .The tests of FTIR and EPMA verified that 2 .5% sodium hy-droxide solution could effectively desorb rhenium from loaded resin .
