内蒙古某铜锡多金属矿工艺矿物学及分离研究

摘    要:内蒙古某铜锡金属为主的硫氧化共生矿体,矿石储量大,硫氧化矿共生、多金属赋存,针对该矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明该矿石主要有价成分Cu 1.05%、Sn 0.47%、Ag 51.20 g/t,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,以不规则状产出,锡矿物主要为锡石,以自形、半自形产出,银黝铜矿与黄铜矿共晶连生紧密。根据工艺矿物学结果进行了该矿石分选探索性试验,确定采用浮选—重选联合流程可以较好的回收铜锡等有价元素。

Study on Process Mineralogy of Cu-Sn Polymetallic Sulfide Ore
Abstract:The chemical composition,mineral composition, dissemination characteristics and grain size composition of Cu-Sn Polymetallicore were detailedly investigated through chemical analysis, chemical phase compositions of Cu 1.05%, Sn 0.47%and Ag 51.20 g/t were examined, at the same time, Chalcopyrite was the dominant mineralsin the authigenic ore, which occurred mainly in un-regular aggregations, and it was closely associatedwith tetrahedrite.The cassiterite was main tin minerals which showed idiomorphic or hypidiomorphic granular structure.So as to provide pri-mary mineralogical data for the mineral processing research, on this basis, flotation and gravity sep-arationexperimentwas carried on.
