旋流-静态微泡浮选柱浮选萤石试验研究

摘    要:介绍了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱的结构和原理,并利用该设备对柿竹园钨粗选尾矿矿石进行了萤石浮选实验研究。研究结果表明:该浮选方法可获得CaF2含量大于96%的优质萤石矿物。利用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱在工艺条件及药剂制度与常规浮选基本相同的情况下,采用一粗三精流程即可达到常规浮选机一粗八精的浮选目标,简化了流程,降低了成本。利用浮选柱回收萤石有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper,the structure and principle of cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column are introduced.Tests of separating fluorite from Shizhuyuan tailings discharged from its tungsten beneficiation were performed by using a laboratory-scale cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column.The separation produced a concentrate with fluorite content greater than 96%.Under the similar operation conditions,the separation performance,presented by conventional flotation cells through one rougher flotation with eight stage cleanings,could be achieved by one rougher operation with three stage cleanings through cyclonic-static micro-bubble column flotation.The employment of column flotation could greatly simplify the separation flowsheet,resulting in a reduction of operating costs.Column flotation has a wide application prospect in recovering fluorite.
