摘    要:针对某硫化铜镍矿石磁黄铁矿含量高、铜镍品位低、嵌布粒度细的实际, 自主研发了适应该矿物浮选的高效选择性组合抑制剂及“铜镍硫混浮-精矿分离硫”新工艺。新药剂和新工艺闭路试验获得了铜品位2.69%、镍品位7.54%、铜回收率77.52%、镍回收率77.87%的铜镍混合精矿, 硫精矿硫品位34.25%。

Abstract:To process a refractory pyrrhotite-rich copper-nickel sulfide ore with low content of copper and nickel and fine dissemination size of valuable minerals, a new type of high-efficient depressant for pyrrhotite mineral was developed and a novel technology of copper-nickel-sulfur mixed flotation and Ni-S flotation separation was proposed. The closed-circuit test on this new flowsheet with new depressant produced a copper-nickel bulk concentrate assaying 2.69% Cu and 7.54% Ni with a copper recovery of 77.52% and a nickel recovery of 77.87%, as well as a sulphur concentrate grading 34.25% S.
