摘    要:以碎云母干选尾矿中的云母为回收对象,在不同粒度条件下,分别采用棒磨—筛分、重选和浮选的方法进行阶段选别,筛分法分出大片云母,重选法分出中等粒度云母,最后以浮选法分出细粒云母,该工艺所得云母品位较高,且节省浮选药剂,云母精矿较易脱水。

Abstract:A method for recovering mica from the tailings of air-separated mica minerals is described in this paper. The method includes rod milling-screening,gravity separation and flotation accordingto its granularity. The flake mica can be separated by screening firstly,middle granular mica can be separated by table secondly and fine granular mica can be separated by flotation finally. The technology can obtain high grade and recovery of mica products,and the cost of flotation reagents is lower,and dewatering of concentrate is easier.
