钼镍矿提钼强化浸出试验研究

摘    要:针对钼镍矿氧化焙烧过程中生成的MoO3、MoO2、Mo、Mo2S3等低价钼化合物很难被碱浸出的缺点,提出了一种"焙烧脱硫一次氯酸钠强化浸出"的技术方案,并通过对比试验确定了最佳工艺条件:氢氧化钠30%,次氯酸钠20%,浸出液固比3∶1,温度90~95℃,反应时间3h。试验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,钼的浸出率可达98%以上,浸出效果明显优于传统的提取方法。

Abstract:Aimed at the disadvantage of some low-valency molybdenum compounds(MoO3,MoO2,Mo,Mo2O3 and so on),that are produced during the course of oxidizing roasting of the molybdenum-nickel ore,are difficult-to leach,a new technological scheme of"desulphurizing roasting-hypochlorite intensifying leaching" is proposed in this paper.Based on the detailed contrast tests,the optimal technological conditions were established as follows:sodium hydroxide(NaOH)30%,sodium hypochlorite(NaOCl)20%,the ratio of liquid to solid 3∶1,leaching temperature 90~95℃,leaching time 3h.Test results showed that the leaching rate of molybdenum can reach over 98% under optimal technological conditions,the leaching efficiency is obviously superior to some conventional treatment technologies.It provided a new way for exploitation and utilization of this kind of mineral resources.
