有机膨润土的改性及其在生物废水处理中的应用

摘    要:以新疆乌兰陵格膨润土为原材料,添加阴-阳离子表面活性剂制得一系列阴阳离子有机膨润土。对原土和有机土进行XRD、SEM及粘度表征。XRD结果表明,改性后蒙脱石层间距由1.337 nm增加到2.538 nm;SEM结果表明,阴-阳离子表面活性剂已经插层进入蒙脱石层间。将阴-阳离子有机膨润土作为吸附剂去除生物废水中谷氨酸。当pH=5.6,阴-阳离子有机膨润土的用量为2 g/L时,谷氨酸的去除率可达到40.09%。

Abstract:With Xinjiang Wulanlinge bentonite as the raw material,a series of anionic and cationic organic betonites were prepared by adding anionic and cationic surfactants.The raw betonite and the organic betonites were characterized by XRD,SEM and viscosity.The XRD results show that after the modification,the spacing between montomorillonite layers is increased from 1.337 nm to 2.538 nm; and the SEM results indicate that the anionic and cationic surfactants have penetrated in between montomorillonite layers.Anionic and cationic organic betonite was used as absorbent to remove glutamic acid in the biological waste water treatment.When pH = 5.6 and the dosage of anionic and cationic organic betonite is 2 g/L,the removal rate of glutamic acid can reach 40.09%.
