摘    要:以菱镁矿为原料,经煅烧、盐酸酸化后与氢氧化钠反应合成了纳米级、片状、粒度均匀的氢氧化镁。考察得出了制备纳米氢氧化镁的最佳工艺条件:即最佳反应温度、反应时间、镁离子初始反应浓度以及镁离子与氢氧根离子的浓度比对产物形貌和粒度的影响。分析了纳米氢氧化镁的结晶习性,得出其结晶机理。研究成果为测试氢氧化镁的阻燃性能打下了良好的基础。

Abstract:Magnesium hydroxide that was of nanometer level and flake shape and had uniform particle size was synthesized by calcination and hydrochloric acid-acidification and with magnesite as raw material. Investigation was made on the best technological conditions for nanometer magnesium bydroxide preparation, including the best reaction temperature and time, the initial reaction concentration of magnesium ion and the effect of mole ratio of magnesium ion to oxy-hydrogen root ion on the shape appearance and size of product. The crystallization oxy-hycirogen root ion characteristic of nanometer magnesium hydroxide was analyzed and its crystallization mechanism drawn. Th research results have laid good basis for testing the flame retarding property of magnesium hydroxide.
