摘 要: | 通过对混合脂肪酸进行皂化,然后与表面活性剂复配混合,再加入少量助剂混合得到一种新型萤石捕收剂,其中含有羧基、羟基等活性基团。将其应用于印度某难选萤石矿的浮选,并研究了表面活性剂及助剂用量对浮选指标的影响。研究结果表明,该捕收剂适合萤石矿浮选。开路试验表明,经过10次精选,可得到Ca F2品位为95.6%、回收率为37.1%的良好选矿指标;闭路试验可得到品位为91.1%,回收率为77.2%的萤石精矿。

Application of a New Collector in Flotation of India Fluorite |

Abstract: | A new collector which contains carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups, was obtained by blending complex fatty acids with a surfactant and an auxiliary. And it was used for the flotation of India fluorite ore. The effects of dosage of surfactant and auxiliary were studied. The experiment results in lab showed that fluorite concentrate was obtained with grade of 95.6% and recovery of 33.7% after 10-times cleaning tests. It exhibited a good collecting property. |
